8mm x 100mm Screed Edging Perimeter Roll with skirt 50m is designed for use in underfloor heating systems especially laid within a screed. Border edge insulation is run around the perimeter wall of each room to be heated, held in place with a temporary fixing prior to screeding. The standard border edge insulation comes in 50m rolls however for a typical installation we recommend allowing 1 linear metre of edge insulation per square metre of heated floor. Product Information Our Screed Edging Perimeter Roll is a critical part in flow-able screed installation. Additionally fitted to all walls wherever the underfloor heating is being installed. After the screed has been laid it can be easily trimmed using a knife. Use & Application Used with solid floors around the edge of an area to offer an expansion gap for the floor as it heats up and cools down. It is placed around the room that is being heated. This can be easily fitted using a staple gun or self-adhesive tape.
