The reason they are so popular is that you can take this handy brass taper shut-off valve apart, clean it and re-grease it to make it last longer than the traditional basic ball valve. The brass taper shut-off valve will fit any spray gun with a 1-inch BSP male thread. This unique brass taper shut-off bal valve (1-inch female thread) is used on most of our hire fleet render spray machine kits.
