FAQ's Silver Service

Q. What does a Silver Service include?

Our Silver service includes all the maintenance and checks you typically need after 2 months or 250 hours of use. See our service checklist for the full list of checks. In addition to al the checks on our bronze service we also clean out the fuel tank, replace canister fuel filters, replace air filter element, replace oil in compressor (if fitted).

The service checks cover the basic maintenance and repairs, in the case that your equipment requires further maintenance or repairs beyond this level CES will contact you and quote for the necessary work before we continue.

Q. Do you use high-quality parts and oil?

Yes! All parts are of Original Specification quality - meaning they are just as durable as the parts fitted in your machine when it was new. And we use oil and hydraulic fluids of a recognised industry-leading standard.

Q. Is the work guaranteed?

We have total confidence in the quality of the parts we use and the work carried out by our expert engineers. This means you can enjoy the security of a full guarantee on all parts and work.
