Power Float Discs

We have a range of power float discs available which are compatible with the Eibenstock Render and Plaster Power Sponge Float. The discs enable your power float to work flexibly with a range of materials. Whether you wish to smooth, sand or scrape, we have a disc to suit your project. At CES we stock four power float discs to ensure the very best finish on your plaster or render.

16" Sponge Disc (porous)

This 16" Sponge Disc is designed with a 50mm sponge of open pore density. It smooths over render or gypsum plasters. The Velcro attachments make is simple to change your discs as needed.

16" Sponge Disc Medium

Similar to our porous sponge disc, this disc also measures 16" diameter and is attached by easy Velcro attachments. However this disc is a medium rubber with a depth of 15mm. It is also suitable to finish render and gypsum plaster.

15" Plastic Diamond-faced Disc

This 15" plastic float is ideal to float backing coat plaster and render. The diamond-faced plate enable you to scrape your surface to ensure a smooth and level finish.

15" Scraper Disc

Finally, our 15" (370mm) scraper disc also works well with a variety of external renders. The set consists of a backing disc and a set of four scraper plates which screw into the plate. The toothed scrapers work their magic to easily and efficiently scratch back your render.
